These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of watchwinderscanada.com and any purchase made through this site. The site is operated by Watchfinder Canada ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products & Availability
We list watch winders supplied by authorized manufacturers and distributors, including Wolf and Heisse & Söhne. Listings, images and prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable, is mispriced, or cannot be shipped to your address — in which case we will fully refund any payment received.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout or on your invoice. Items marked "price on request" require a written quote before purchase.
Orders
An order is accepted only when we send a written confirmation. Until then, no contract exists. We may decline orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, supply issues).

Manufacturer Warranties
All winders are covered by their respective manufacturer warranty (typically 1–2 years for mechanical/motor components). Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer; we will help facilitate claims where possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our liability for any claim arising from a product purchased through this site is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All site content, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce site content without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
