Watch Winders Canada ships across Canada. Because our catalogue includes pieces from leading brands worldwide, your order is fulfilled directly by the brand's supplier or authorized distributor (a "dropship" model). This lets us offer the full collection without compromising on authenticity or warranty.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched by the supplier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Cabinet pieces and special configurations may require additional lead time, which we will confirm in writing.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery across Canada is 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Remote postal codes may take longer. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over CAD $500.
- Orders under $500 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Multi-piece cabinets may require freight shipping; cost is quoted before payment.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Some items ship from supplier warehouses outside Canada. In that case all applicable duties, brokerage and taxes are prepaid by us before dispatch — the price you pay at checkout is the total price, with no surprise fees at delivery.
Tracking
Tracking is provided for every order. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of payment, please contact us.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund with the supplier.
