Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
All packages ship fully insured and tracked with FedEx, UPS, or DHL — whichever offers the best service to your address. Rates are calculated from the packed weight of your winder and your destination, so you only pay what the shipment actually costs. You'll see the exact ground and express prices before you pay.
- Toronto & GTA: ground 1–2 business days
- Ontario & Quebec: ground 2–4 business days
- Atlantic Canada: ground 4–7 business days
- Prairies & British Columbia: ground 4–8 business days
- Northern & remote: ground 7–14 business days
Express service is available to every zone at checkout. Full insurance for the declared value is included in every rate.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For Wolf pieces fulfilled from overseas: This piece is fulfilled from overseas. We pay Canadian duties, import GST/HST, and FedEx clearance so the total you see at checkout is what you pay. No surprise customs invoice at the door. Other products, including Orbita pieces built in North Carolina, are not described by this overseas-fulfilment note.
Damages
Watch Winders Canada is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. Please alert us by email at sales@watchfinder.ca or call us at 416-928-0128.
