Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your watch winder. If something isn't right, our return policy is straightforward.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, documentation and protective inserts. Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use will be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
How to Start a Return
- Email sales@watchfinder.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and return shipping address (typically the supplier's warehouse).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship within 7 days of receiving the RA.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label. We strongly recommend a tracked, insured shipping service — we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once the supplier receives and inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your winder arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement, repair under manufacturer warranty, or full refund — whichever is appropriate — and cover all return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders or special-configuration cabinets ordered to your specification.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items showing signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they ship. Once an order has been dispatched by the supplier, our standard returns process applies.
